Three dozen butterflies — symbols of new life — were recently released during a tribute to those who gave life to others.

Hosted annually by ��ϲʿ��ͼ Transplant Center and Sierra Donor Services, the ceremony recognizes the generosity of ��ϲʿ��ͼ Medical Center patients who became organ and tissue donors. Because of them and others like them, 1,200 people in the Sacramento region received lifesaving transplants last year.

Wow! What a weekend for ��ϲʿ��ͼ’ rugby sport clubs: The men’s team repeated as Division 1AA national champion and the women’s team captured its own national title the same day in the USA Rugby College 15s National Championships.
