°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û×ßÊÆͼ again ranked among top-10 public universities

°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û×ßÊÆͼ was included on lists of national universities where students graduate with the least debt, and of "Best Value" colleges.

The University of California, Davis, is placed ninth among the nation’s public universities in rankings released Sept. 9 by U.S. News & World Report, the fifth consecutive year that °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û×ßÊÆͼ has been ranked in the top 10 public universities.

"°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û×ßÊÆͼ consistently performs strongly in national rankings because the people here create an extraordinary place of learning. We are proud that our scholarly work at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û×ßÊÆͼ brings national recognition to California," said °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û×ßÊÆͼ Chancellor Linda P.B. Katehi.

°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û×ßÊÆͼ is ranked at 38 overall in U.S. News & World Report's 2015 "Best Colleges" rankings, up one place from last year.

°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û×ßÊÆͼ’ College of Engineering ranked 31st among universities where the highest degree awarded is a doctorate, based on a national reputational survey of deans and department chairs in engineering programs across the country (undergraduate engineering and business programs are the only rankings by discipline in the "Best Colleges" publication). Earlier this year, °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û×ßÊÆͼ was ranked first in the world for teaching and research in agriculture and forestry by QS World University Rankings.

Among other rankings released today by U.S. News & World Report, °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û×ßÊÆͼ was included on lists of national universities where students graduate with the least debt, and of "Best Value" colleges.
